Acceptance

By accessing or using InsiderEdge you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

InsiderEdge provides a platform for viewing and analyzing Canadian insider trading data sourced from SEDI. Free tier users receive data with a 48-hour delay and limited alerts. Pro tier users ($12 CAD/month or $99 CAD/year) receive real-time data access and unlimited alerts.

Subscriptions and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We provide 30 days advance notice of any price changes. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Acceptable Use

You may not redistribute, resell, scrape, or commercially exploit data from InsiderEdge without written permission. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and analysis generated by InsiderEdge is our intellectual property. SEDI data is public information maintained by the Canadian Securities Administrators.

Limitation of Liability

InsiderEdge is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsiderEdge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any data or analysis provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Information We Collect

• Email address and password for account creation
• Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store card details)
• Usage data including pages visited and features used
• IP address and browser information for security purposes

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the InsiderEdge service
• To send trade alerts and notifications you have subscribed to
• To process payments through Stripe
• To communicate service updates and changes

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion we remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized usage data may be retained longer for analytics purposes.

Data Transfers

Your data is processed and stored by Supabase (supabase.com) on servers located in the United States. By using InsiderEdge you consent to this transfer. We ensure Supabase maintains appropriate data protection measures.

• Right to file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca)
